B.A. in Elementary Education, with minors in English as a Second Language (ESL) and Integrated Science from Calvin University
Experience
Before joining Clapham School, Angie taught 5th grade as a homeroom teacher at Daystar Academy in Chicago and at Sekolah Pelita Harapan in West Jakarta, Indonesia. In addition to her classroom experience, she is actively involved in ministry, serving as a worship leader and in the Children’s Ministry at The Redemption Church in Lisle.
Interests
Angie enjoys arts and crafts such as crocheting and painting, and is excited to begin learning pottery this summer. She finds joy in music, particularly singing and playing the piano. She also stays active through running, kickboxing, and playing disc golf with her husband, Sam.
