Experience
Before joining Clapham, Necia worked at her family business while raising her daughters. Her interest in child development and education grew as she homeschooled her oldest daughter, worked as a CASA advocate, and volunteered at school and church. Necia joined Clapham in 2024 as an assistant teacher. She loves being a part of Clapham’s rich learning environment where every child is valued, known, and loved.
Interests
Necia and her husband have two daughters. She enjoys reading good books, exploring National Parks, leisurely bike rides, trying new recipes, and playing board games with her family.
