Experience

Sally takes great joy in empowering her students and forming personal connections through teaching. Inspired by a dream of becoming a teacher since middle school, she has pursued numerous opportunities to teach and tutor students of various ages across three different countries. Her experiences include teaching English overseas, leading wilderness trips at HoneyRock, holding weekly math sessions for college classes, and instructing woodworking in Wheaton's Art Department. While at Wheaton College, Sally had the opportunity to student-teach internationally at a missionary school in Prague, further affirming her passion for teaching.

Interests

Outside of occasionally doing calculus for fun, she enjoys long walks, whittling spoons, hand-drawing cards, reading dystopian novels, and pretending like she’s an expert in baking.
