After marrying her husband in 2003, Sara moved to the Chicagoland area and began her teaching career in St. Charles. She taught 6th grade for nine years before welcoming her oldest children, twins adopted from Ethiopia. For the past several years, Sara has been classically homeschooling her oldest 3 boys. Her favorite part of teaching is connecting all of life to the truth and beauty of God’s word and the gospel.
Interests
Sara enjoys taking walks with her husband (and their silly, loveable golden retriever), cheering on her boys in their various sports and activities, planting flowers, reading good books, and eating Mexican food.
Church
Sara and her family attend Christ Fellowship Church in West Chicago.
