Clubs & Ensembles
Extracurricular clubs and ensembles foster students' love of learning and challenge them to go deeper.
During the school day, all students participate together in many important educational goals, but some students will always want to develop their relationship with particular subjects and skills in a deeper way. Joyful discovery doesn’t just occur in a classroom. It’s a way of life. To that end, we offer a rich selection of clubs and ensembles to spur our students on in their pursuit of all things good, true, and beautiful.

Clubs have been part of education for millenia.
For instance, the ancient Greek hetereiai or the Roman collegia. Their purpose is to allow people with a common interest to associate despite having no familial ties.
At Clapham School we recognize the natural human desire to pursue excellence in an area of interest with other like minded people. The shared enjoyment and sense of achievement can be powerfully formative.
