Experience
As an undergraduate, Lucy served as a teaching assistant for math courses on topics including calculus, mathematical analysis, and mathematics for the benefit of mission and society. She conducted student research in creating a mathematical model of a contaminated groundwater site and helped copyedit a textbook introducing students to upper-level mathematics. Prior to this, Lucy also spent three years as a children's ministry intern.
Interests
Outside of teaching, Lucy enjoys going on long walks, playing board games, and reading poetry and medieval literature with friends.
